This website is designed and maintained to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. WCAG 2.1 Level AA encompasses the WCAG 2.0 Level AA standard required of our website under Ontario Regulation 191/11, section 14. We also work to meet the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
Multi-Year Accessibility Plan 2026–2031
Our Multi-Year Accessibility Plan sets out how Pride Pak Canada Ltd. will prevent and remove barriers to accessibility and meet its obligations under the AODA over the five-year period from 2026 to 2031, in accordance with Ontario Regulation 191/11, section 4. The plan is reviewed at least once every five years.

Measures we take on this website
- Semantic HTML structure with proper headings and landmarks.
- Text and interactive elements that meet AA colour-contrast ratios, and information that is never conveyed by colour alone.
- Full keyboard operability with a visible focus indicator and a "skip to main content" link.
- Descriptive alternative text for meaningful images and visible labels with clear error messages for all form fields.
- Support for text resizing up to 200% and respect for reduced-motion preferences.
- Responsive layouts that adapt to mobile, tablet and desktop screens.
Compatibility
This site is designed to be compatible with recent versions of major browsers and with assistive technologies including screen readers such as JAWS, NVDA and VoiceOver, screen magnifiers and keyboard-only navigation.
